Individuals wishing to make a public presentation to the Canadian Blood Services Board of Directors are required to complete this registration form. Please read the importance notices section below before submitting your application.

Important Notices

Presentations to the board are limited to 5 minutes.
Presentations may be virtual or in-person. To participate virtually, presenters will need access to Zoom™. A technical test session is required for first-time presenters.
Presenters must abide by the Canadian Blood Services’ shared commitment to safe engagement.
Submitting an expression of interest is not a guarantee of acceptance. Presentation timeslots are limited, and the board reserves the right to select presenters to allow them to engage stakeholders on a range of issues. Those not selected to present will be able to submit to the board in writing and will receive a response.
In order to be considered, your application must be received by 5 p.m. (EDT) June 3, 2024.
Decisions will be communicated to applicants at least one week prior to the open board meeting.
To ensure optimal clarity of those participating virtually (live or by video), presenters are asked to be inside in a quiet space and use an ISO-compliant headset and microphone.
